Overview:
It is for anyone above 14 years of age. Lippan is an Indian folk art, originated in Gujarat state. It is done with mud/clay work and mirrors.
The artist cum teacher is a very experienced person. She is a certified art teacher in Indian folk arts. Her name is Sarika Agarwal. Has been teaching arts for last few years. She lives in NC, US.

Materials:
MDF Board (6mm/8mm) or Canvas Board, Air Dry Clay or Mould it, Any Talcum Powder, Clay Tools, Acrylic Colors, Lacquer Spray, Mirrors (Different shapes), White Glue, Scale, Pencil/ Marker Pen, Compass.
Exclusive for Month 3 - Will need coaster MDF, Pen Pencil Holder / Box of MDF. Marble powder or chalk powder
Outline (Month 1 breakdown):
Week 1: Introduction & Brief History of Folk Art. Basic Drawing of Design
Week 2: Detailed Clay work
Week 3: Coloring
Week 4: Mirror Work and final finishing
Month 1: Lippan using Clay on a Square Board Colourful
Month 2: Lippan using Clay on a Circle Board White
Month 3: Lippan style Coasters & Pen Pencil Holder / Box using cone work.
Process:
The fees for the course is charged on a monthly basis. In a month, there will be 4 live classes, one class a week for 45 mins. Teacher will be giving feedback and taking questions/doubts from the students.
