Overview:
This is for anyone above 13 years. This is a very ancient form from South of India. It is 2500 years old art form passing from generations. It is a very rare Indian folk art form.
The artist cum teacher is a very experienced person. Her name is Bharathi Balaji. She has been teaching this and other Indian folk arts for last few years. She lives in TN, India.

Materials:
For 1st class - Drawing Note, pencils, eraser
From 2nd class onwards:
Liquitex acrylic colors (set of 12) - can order online on Amazon, canvas sheet, kerala mural design printed on A3 paper, yellow or black carbon paper, round brushes no. 0,00,1,2,5,8 flat brush no 3,4 (Artist Loft brand brushes from Amazon), palette board or plastic plate, paper towel
Process:
You will be making a Thangka painting as guided by the arts teacher. Painting will be completed in as many classes required. Teacher will be giving feedback and taking questions/doubts from the students. The fee for the course is charged on a monthly basis. In a month, there will be 4 online live classes, one class a week for 1 hour.
